The general elections of 2147 saw the end of the era of the Vanuku Security Party. Their influence slowly died off and they would never be a part of the government. It also saw the rise of the Liberal Democratic Party who would rule for the next couple of years. The Liberal Democrats won the Consulship, and the Federal Alliance won a plurality in Parliament.
