The Remnant to Restore the Republic was an organization formed after the Fourth Jedi Purge. They fought many battles against the Confederation of Free Planets and lost most of them; their best victory was at the battle of Kamino. After several months of war, they were all defeated, but by 12 ABY, the Remnant to Restore the Republic had been re-formed and attacked the Empire during the Assault on the New Jedi Temple.
