Disabled Achievements are just that, disabled. They cannot be earn by anyone, and for those who managed to get them before they where disabled had them removed from their Achievements page and no points were granted for them. These achievements where removed because the incentive resulted in spamming of forums in order to earn them. See Announcement: New Achievements: Whoops!
