Commander Arthur Resnick was the commander of the UNSC frigate Ready or Not during the Human-Covenant war. He was on a routine patrol of the 18 Scorpii system when Lieutenant Jacob Keyes arrived in system on the UNSC Midsummer Night with the Exodus asteroid carrying refugees from The Rubble.
