Adam Smith is a reletively unknown film director whose first film is still filming and in production. His debut feature will be Boubafield, which is a spoof film based on Cloverfield set to be released on the 8th of August 2008. With Boubafield being brought to attention he revealed in a blog on his Myspace page that being filmed along side Boubafield is his second short film, under working title "Diao Killer". It is unknown if "Killer" has any relation or is a sequel to "Boubafield". His debut will feature footage filmed on mobile phones and small handheld cameras, to follow the cinematic style of Cloverfield. He revealed it would be "fun" to use this style for his debut film.
