Oyster pearl bolts are ammunition for the crossbow and the phoenix crossbow. They are stronger than regular Crossbow bolts and have power similar to that of mithril arrows. Oyster pearl bolts are created using the Fletching skill by adding pearl bolt tips to regular crossbow bolts, giving the player 6.25 Fletching xp per bolt. They can also be bought from Gulluck and Sons store in The Grand Tree.
