Svadstar is a Dunmer commoner who resides in the seaside village of Khuul. He owns a small shack on the eastern outskirts of town, but prefers to spend his time strolling outdoors wielding a dagger to protect himself, whilst keeping the shack's door locked to protect his pearls.
