The Golden Turtle Trading Grounds within the Crane village of Aketsu, were expansive and cramped, with no tolerance for any sort of illegal trade or smuggling. Much of the Crane's trade with the Mantis Clan came through Aketsu. Caravan guards and other mercenaries were not allowed within the Grounds by the city governor's decree.
