Stumpity Joe is a character in Back at the Barnyard. He is a famous country star who is Otis' favorite musician. Joe only appeared in "Animal Farmers," in which he came to town. Joe's biggest hit was "You Broke My Heart So I Burned Down Your Farm," of which he made a video with the animals in "Animal Farmers."
