The Muck Monsters are the creation of Dr. Eva Mudlark. She made them to avenge the pain of her ancestors, and attacked The Aquabats in a dump. Even though they had the upper hand - being immune to most of the Aquabats' attacks - they were eventually dissolved by Ricky Fitness with his Handi Gel.
