J.C. Hendrix ( - April 16, 1963) was a NASCAR driver from Griffin, GA. He competed in six Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning two top-tens. Hendrix's debut came in 1959, when he competed at Atlanta. Starting 12th in the field of twenty-one, Hendrix crashed out of the race late and finished 15th. But Hendrix quickly recovered from that, finishing 9th in his next start down at Columbia. Hendrix, on the momentum, captured the pole for a later Atlanta race that year, and ran well to a 13th place finish.
