A wytch or wyzard is any lynchpin capable of usings magicks. A wytch is a female wyzard, and usually has war-like connotations. Wyzard is more gender-neutral, and may be used by female wyzards. A mage is a wyzard working for a military; they may also be called warlyches, or if female, wytch, though sometimes they are called warwytches. The name warlych comes from an actual person, the War Lych. Lyches are magickal beings capable of becoming wyzards, mages, and warlyches.
