Rasmus Blys was a Special Executive and biochemist of Czerka Corporation and was in charge of CZ-198, one of Czerka's many product development facilities. Dr. Blys is well educated on the subject of biochemistry and other sciences. He later worked for Czerka Corporation. He was a brilliant biochemist and had designed multiple award-winning Czerka patents, such as the usage of DNA and cybernetics to create biological weapons. He also created the deadly bioweapon, the Vigilant. Dr. Blys also replicated the Blackwing Virus.
