Rough Tony is a character in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961. Tony is a pimp who ends up kidnapping one of his former girls. The protagonist rescues her before killing some of Tony's associates. Tony then comes looking for the protagonist but is killed, with the pills in his car being taken to the Albert and Archie Crisp.
