James Andrew Benjamin Harrington was a Manticoran citizen and a member of the Harrington Clan. He was the first son of Alfred and Allison Chou Harrington, and the younger brother of Honor and Faith Harrington. (HH9) He, along with his sister, Faith, had prominent roles in the royal wedding of Crown Prince Roger Winton and Rivka Rosenfeld, when he served as ring bearer. (HH13)
