Antonio Mifsud (born 15 December 3939) is an Istalian politician. A long-time member of the left-wing Party of the Democratic Revolution, Mifsud was nominated as its presidential candidate for the 3974 elections. Shortly afterwards, he was unanimously voted in as party leader. Leading a coalition of left-wing parties, including the Istalian Communist Party and minor social-democratic groups, he ultimately emerged victorious, with 54% of the popular vote. He served until 3978.
