Young was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the People's Marines. In 1903 PD, he held the rank of Captain and was assigned to the battlecruiser PNS Saladin as a company commander. Upon receivng Code: Bounty Four-One, he immediately reported to Major Joseph Bryan. He was the last one to enter the boat bay, and left ship aboard one of the pinnaces. (HH2)
