Scuppering Seven Seas was created at the opening of the Viridian Ocean to be a group bent on conquering Terra. The goal is to make their monarch, Scupperer, "Ruler of Earth." The flag has gained the notorious distinction of sinking the first and most enemy ships in the Viridian Ocean, through their own wars, partnerships to join in the wars of allied flags, and battle navigation jobs at recent blockades.
