The insert sets in 2001 Topps Heritage set the standard for all the Topps Heritage sets to come. Clubhouse Collection, Then and Now, and New Age Performers would all become staples for more than ten years. Classic Renditions and Grandstand Glory both also lasted several years. The autographed insert sets would be groomed and revised for a couple years, but this set had one of the best autograph checklist of any Topps Heritage sets to date.
