The town was settled by the escaping nobles of the fallen Aquitanii Empire, a large number of people, nearly 450 from every corner of the Empire, there they lived of the Kaltehr Lake and the agriculture the fertile mountainous valley offered, the city is isolated but it served as capital of the Kingdom of Arlathan until the Unification of the Empire in 1500.
