Somewhere lost in the middle of the Cobalts Plains can be found, for those who knows where to look, a little and very well hidden Decepticon's outpost. It's been secretly built by Soundwave over the last weeks and the tape commander is actually sitting in front of the main console of the outpost, monitoring many incoming data and hoping the Decepticon in charge of his protection are well hidden. After all he would not like to be spotted by an autobot patrol because they ignore everything about this outpost...right?
