Togila Desilijic Fortiure was an elder Hutt who was formerly the leader of the Fortiure part of the Desilijic kajidic, but was killed by his nephew, Jabba Desilijic Fortiure. Togila left everything to his son, Jiliac Desiliic Fortiure, who too, was killed by Jabba.
