On Death island, there are two weird castles, some kind of round hill and some tanks and the like. Death Island is based on the campaign level Silent cartographer, where MC 'n' Cortana Wander around aimlessly and get lost in some tunnels where she rapes MC. I really hate where the level has banshees on so there is a mad rush to get to them. Alternatively I love it where I get the the banshees first and undergo a strange transformation.
