Dr. Jalapeño Plepper is a dentist. He gives lollistops to child patients. He appeared in only one episode, and has a Spanish accent. He resembles a green chili pepper. He owns an intimidating looking drill that chased a bear away in "The Lollistops". Chowder became addicted to lollistops and lost his teeth in order to get another one. When Chowder arrived at Dr. Plepper's office, his teeth that he stole from The Toothporium scared Dr. Plepper. He only wanted him to show him where the lollistops were. Then Chowder spits his teeth out, and wrecks his office. After that he started to cry. He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.
