Slotho was a Rodian male negotiator and bail bondsman. During the Clone Wars, Slotho attended a peace conference that was held within an automated facility on the moon Gus Talon to discuss how to respond to recent Separatist activity in the region. During the meeting, Slotho denounced a proposal from the Republic delegate Senator Padmé Amidala to send a Republic battalion to defend the world.
