Rologarric is the brother of Lord Rologarth, the (now undead) occupant of Castle Fenkenstrain. He isn't seen in-game, and only mentioned in a letter that his brother sent to him. In this letter it is revealed that Rologarric already left the Castle and probably the whole of Morytania ten years before it had been written. This could mean that he's still alive and that he escaped the Vampyre hordes, which would certainly shed a bit more light onto Morytania's past. But, as the man himself is nowhere to be found, nothing is sure.
