Cary Condor was a "seccy" native to the planet Mesa. She was part of the terrorist cell that planned the bombings in Green Pines in 1921 PD. She wanted to avoid unnecessary bloodshed. Condor detonated the nuclear device at Buenaventura Tower. (CS2)
