Bits of gnomish candy are one of the basic types of food in ADOM. When eaten, they grant 50 times more satiation than plain candy of similar B/U/C status. It slightly abuses the Toughness stat, meaning it will decrease sometimes after eating gnomish candy (presumably because candy is bad for your health). Gnomish candy, unlike plain candy, cannot be given to children for an alignment boost; they will refuse to take it on the grounds that it is 'not good for your health'.
