The Superweapon Modernization Program was a secret modernization Project shadowed by the Imperial Modernization Program that concentrated on the building and perfecting of Imperial Superweapons from past research of not only the Galactic Empire but also banished scientists of the Chiss Ascendency and the research of the Post-Great Hyperspace Sith Empire, the research created a number of the more modern Superweapons and even allowed the creation of the Imperial Dark Star, the successor to the Galactic Empire's Death Star design.
