The German 6th army or otherwise feared as Hitler's wrath was an elite force of German soldiers who originally made their legendary status at the Battle of Stalingrad. Destroying mass Soviet resistance in the city and further gaining reputation in the battles of Moscow and Omsk. Its feared profile of crushing Russian armies ten times the size of itself became a pinnacle of worry for the Soviet government.
