If you mean the initial hypnosis, it's permanent. Once you've seen Kyoka Suigetsu's Shikai, you're hypnotized for life. If you mean the illusions themselves (though a more accurate term would be controlled hallucinations), then they seems to last as long as Aizen wants them to last.
