Prerequisites: Benefit: The time it takes you to cast a spell is as though it were one word shorter.Normal: The time it takes you to cast a spell is based on the number of words in it.Special: If you have effects that halve the casting time of your spells (such as Accelerating Pronouns), the number of words the spell is reduced by for calculating casting time is multiplied appropriately.
