In 22 BBY, she was sent to retrieve Selu Kraen for a meeting with his master, Plo Koon, distracting him in the middle of a levitation exercise. Later that day, she was assigned to spar with Selu in a lightsaber class, and in her zeal to prove herself in front of her master, left him with numerous welts and burns from the training saber. Cin Drallig was not pleased at this lack of control and assigned her to wash dishes and dormitory floors the rest of the afternoon. That evening, she found Selu and apologized. Her confession and humility in approaching him and his acceptance of her apology allowed them to become friends, though she had secretly hoped something more might develop between them.
