The Brentak system is a star system located in the Cardassian Union. During the Klingon-Cardassian War it was one of the systems annexed by the Klingon Empire. In 2373, it was retaken by forces led by the Gher'laat. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 2: Starships of the Cardassian Union)
