Weight Eye color Novio is a citizen of Garuda who lives in the same hidden village as Ion. He often worries about everything. He's intially unsure that Rodea can be trusted, but still follows him and the rest of the villagers to rescue Ion after she's been kidnapped. After Ion is saved, he apologizes to Rodea for doubting him.
