Charles McClatchey is the brother of Sam McClatchey, the brother-in-law of Claire McClatchey, and the uncle of Joe McClatchey. He attended Castle Rock High School, and was suspended for fighting. He ultimately graduated from Mill High School, and enlisted in the United States Army. He was later arrested for shoplifting at Burpee's Department Store, and served community service picking up trash along Route 117. He worked as a night security guard at WalMart for a time, but was fired for sleeping on the job.
