It is available in the Scenario Editor and can be spawned using the Cheat Code 'ding ding ding'. The Ice Cream Monster Truck is most likely based on the Chevy P30 Step van or the CMC Value Van. It is possible too that the ice cream truck is related to the Tommynator, with rather different effects.
