Rakkashou Netsuzou is a jutsu which allows the user to turn into leaves. Rakkashou has a permanently active version of this technique on him, so that whenever a wind or other force, like a punch, hits him, he turns into a multitude of red, yellow and orange leaves, unless he cancels it out.
