Rev. Marvelle Quinn is a minister preaching the gospel against drug abuse and other sins beach-side in Miami, with a group of young disiciples to help him spread the Word (also carrying offering cans). One of his disiciples slugged drug dealer Manuel "Skates" Santino with The Book after trying to hold her at gunpoint, all the while Rev. Quinn is "praising the Lord" that she was safe.
