Hera/n is also used as a title or honorific for such Etherian royalty, who are addressed as Hera/Heran before their names. A Hera/n, like a Sang'gre, is identified by a distinctive birthmark at their back which corresponds to the silhouette of a snake with a leaf resting on it's eye (though a Sang'gre mark differs from a Heran's). The symbol resembles the Etherians' bathaluman/goddess, Ether.
