Billy Irvin is a former NASCAR from Baltimore, MD. He competed in seven Nextel Cup Series events in his career. All of those races came in 1957, when Irvin debuted at Palm Beach. He finished a solid 14th in the event, one of his six top-21 finishes in the year. His best career finish came in Jacksonville, driving to a solid 11th place finish. Even more important for Irvin was the fact that he finished all but one of his races, allowing for his solid efforts.
