Dawn Priest Blane is one of two dawn priests in the Vestibule at Temple. Blane is very proud of the clean floor in his vestibule and that's the only information he will tell you. You can kill both Blane and Bram (they will both attack you if either one is attacked) without it affecting your reputation negatively, netting a good amount of experience for an easy fight. Blame is the weaker of the two. Cannot be pickpocketed with a skill of 70.
