Role Reversal is a skin in the next Bloons Tower Defense game. When it is applied, your towers will look like bloons, and the bloons will look like towers (different types of towers look like different types of bloons, and vice versa). Both the towers and the bloons will still act the way they normally would, though. This skin has to be unlocked, and will be used to tease the future release of Monkeys TD.
