Kennebec Township was located in Frontenac County north of Kingston, Ontario, and was centred around the community of Arden. In 1998, Kennebec was amalgamated with three other area townships to form the Municipality of Central Frontenac. The fire department became part of the Central Frontenac Fire Department.
