Issue 140 of Nintendo Power featured a special dust cover with Spider-Man's logo on the outside. The main cover featured Spiderman in his traditional red and blue costume. This issue resumed where Nintendo Power volume 139 left off on their abridged Banjo-Tooie strategy guide. The coverage began on page 40. It covered the remaining worlds: Terrydactyland, Grunty Industries, Hailfire Peaks, and Cloud Cuckooland. The guide included all worlds except Isle o' Hags and Cauldron Keep. The coverage ended on page 48.
