Mr. Matsuzaka is the father of Tomo Matsuzaka, and the head of one of the most powerful Majokai families. He wants the Majokai to become regular members of the Confederation rather than being a Culture, and was negotiating with Geming Chu before Chu's arrest in August of 2009.
