Ches'lintak is a type of plant lifeform native to planet Vulcan. The pulp of these plants possess anti-biotic properties and it was a noted characteristic for travellers to wrap their wounds with the pulp of these plants which can be secured by bark. (TOS - Vulcan's Soul novel: Exodus)
