A resilient people, the Goron race dwells in the deep mountain ranges of Hyrule. Their diet consists of rocks, and the minerals found within. Camouflaged to look like rocks, they can curl up into tight balls to hide in rocky terrain. When they are curled up, Gorons can roll at incredible speeds, often-times quicker than a horse. As this race is made of something like rock, they are amazingly tough, and can also withstand volcanic temperatures. Gorons are extremely strong, but very slow in both movement and combat (a strong exception being when they roll). They cannot swim, and sink like, not surprisingly, rocks.
