Matsuri Village (祭れの里, Matsuri no Sato) is a village situated in Land of Yang. Compared to the incredibly advanced primary hidden village, the location is more steeped in antiquity, forgoing modern conveniences. They are considered staunchly traditionalist, having developed their own academy system and other mechanisms critical to a fully functional village. Likewise, they are one of the few places where pre-technological values are practiced, such as the wearing of kimonos, making them an object of interest. Nevertheless, they have retained their general seclusion. The village is home to the Kanchi Clan.
