Part of the mysterious "Others", and possibly a tail-section survivor, this man was a member of the group populated the decoy village when Michael was captured. He later helped to capture Jack, Kate, Hurley, and Sawyer, and bring them to the Pala Ferry Dock. He was also laboring in the work camp when Sawyer attempted to escape, as well as the day Alex stormed the camp. After Ben's surgery, he joined the rest of the Others on the Hydra Island in returning to the main island to go to the barracks. He later traveled with the rest of the Others, including the new addition, John Locke, away from the Barracks to another, secret location, and he was present when Locke returned with his father's body on his back.
